TRANSITIONAL BODY MEMBER OATH of ALLEGIANCE I ………………………………………………… of ……………………………………………………… Divinely Sovereign Being first in my own right, body/mind/spirit undifferentiated; recognise and acknowledge the same inherent sovereignty and birthrights of all individuals, regardless of time and space. I recognise and acknowledge the Declarations of Independence 1835 and 2004, and therewith the   tangata whenua status of Sovereign Maori as the divinely appointed irrevocable lawful kaitiaki/guardians and thus governing Sovereign Authority through bloodline birthright, of all that traditionally constitutes Tiritiri-O-Te-Moana / Aotearoa, (Niu Tireni), and Tikanga/Immutable Divine Law as the ultimate Law incumbent on all who live therein/on; all subsequent man-made processes etc., being subject. With humility and reverence I choose to honour the trust placed in me, and hold sacrosanct, my pledge to serve the Mokopuna, with honour,dignity and integrity, as a Consultant Member on the Transitional Body of Te Waka O Nga Mokopuna Ki Aotearoa, the current day Confederation of Hapu and Sovereign Authority in/of Tiritiri-O-Te-Moana, Aotearoa(Niu Tireni). I understand my Office and office culture, practices, activities, processes and outcomes must not violate Tikanga/Immutable Divine Law common to all disadvantageous to none. I understand my initial responsibilities include assisting in ensuring the Sovereign Council of Mokopuna is fully resourced and therewith participation in the implementation of the directives in the REJECTION ABSOLUTE, 9 November 2002, as instructed to Queen Elizabeth II in her capacity as Protector, and thereafter the SOVEREIGN AUTHORITY ORDERS 2004 notified her and served on her subjects the N.Z. Government inclusive of all those who swear allegiance to her/them.   As a sworn, commissioned Consultant Member on the Transitional Body of Te Waka O Nga Mokopuna Ki Aotearoa, I have full diplomatic immunity. I hereby solemnly and sincerely swear, on the integrity and love inherent in me from tupuna/ancestors past, the love and trust invested in me by the Mokopuna/Descendants  of today, the love and responsibility entrusted to me for the Mokopuna yet unborn, and the Wairua/Spirit  that I AM, to unswervingly serve as Mokopuna;   ALL Mokopuna, timeless, loved, precious and ONE; to the very nth degree of my Sovereign Being.
