                                         SOVEREIGN ADMINISTRATION APPOINTMENT
                                                                                           Terms of Agreement

I …………………………………………, sovereign being in my own right, recognise and acknowledge the inherent
sovereignty and birthrights of all individuals, regardless of time and space.

I recognise and acknowledge the tangata whenua status of Maori as the lawful kaitiaki/guardians,and governing
Sovereign Authority through birthright, of all that traditionally constitutes Aotearoa, New Zealand and I recognise and
acknowledge Tikanga/Divine Law as the only legitimate Law of the Land.

I ………………………………….. hereby relinquish my allegiance to, and post with, the current unlawful, colonial
‘government’.

With humility and reverence I choose to take up the post offered me, honour the trust placed in me, and hold
sacrosanct my pledge to serve the Mokopuna, with dignity and integrity, as a Sovereign Administration Appointee of
Te Waka O Nga Mokopuna Ki Aotearoa. I understand I am to continue in my current role and responsibilities until
directed otherwise by Sovereign Authority of Te Waka O Nga Mokopuna Ki Aotearoa.

I understand my term of office is for a period of three (3) years and I have right of renewal based on my personal
development, added-value, personnel interaction, and performance,. My appointment is subject to and binding on
satisfactory completion of a three (3) month trial period. During this time either party may terminate this agreement
with two (2) weeks written notice.

I understand since all personnel are valued equally my salary package will be ………………………..

                                           on the integrity and love inherent in me from Tupuna/Ancestors past,

                                       the love and trust invested in me by the Mokopuna/Descendants of today,

                                       the love and responsibility entrusted to me for the Mokopuna yet unborn,

                                                                           and the Wairua/Spirit that I AM,

                                                                         to unswervingly serve as Mokopuna;

                                                           all Mokopuna, timeless, loved, precious and equal;

                                                                           to the very nth degree of my being.
