Sender's Address:......................................................................... ----------------------------------------------------------------------- 28 April 2006 New Zealand Police Infringement Bureau P.O. Box 9147 Wellington Attn: Adjudication Manager Dear Sir, Infringement Notice Number: PN ....................................... Further to your correspondence regarding the above infringement notice. 1. Please provide indisputable evidence that I have knowingly waived my inherent birthright to be all I am created to be, a Sovereign Being, subject to none and holding no-one subject. 2. Please provide evidence that man-made laws of contract, traffic, whatever, having subjection thus slavery as their basis; has superceded Tikanga/Immutable Divine law, the only law that holds mankind sovereign, forever responsible and accountable for his/her actions in whatever land. My innate, therefore paramount responsibility and accountability as a being made in the image of that which created me, sovereign; and as a mother and grandmother, is to attend to the wellbeing and growth needs of those I have been entrusted with shaping and the resources over which I have collective guardianship, within the whole. I do not give that away to anyone or any creation of man, legislative, political, economic, religious, whatever. I have no contract with any entity to the contrary. To do so would violate Tikanga/Immutable Divine Law common to all disadvantageous to none. Moreover my energy, labour, focus, assets etc are not open for debate, second or third party discussion and/or decision-making, subject to legislations, court hearings or legal debate, confiscation, etc., are NOT FOR SALE at any price. The law incumbent on all who would claim residency or presume to trade in the traditional ancestral lands of the Maori is Tikanga/Immutable Divine law, as declared in the founding document the Declaration of Independence 1835, understood valid and in effect in Queen Victoria’s request 1858, reasserted in the Rejection Absolute 2002 and cemented in the Declaration of Independence 2004. (See website: www.tewakamokopuna.net) In particular please refer to the role of the police in the Rejection Absolute 2002. My decision stands, “I have no contract with you”, nor do I ever intend to. As a sovereign being subject to none and holding no-one subject I cannot answer to or support any system that does not align with Life and the practices that ensure the wellbeing of all. Consequently, I will not be assisting you in your revenue-collecting capacity, I will not be entering any courtroom, I will not be paying for legal advice or service. I have made my decision clear here and I will not be wasting any more energy debating the issue. Violation of Tikanga is NOT EVER an option. Yours sincerely and without prejudice, Name:................................ Sovereign Being |
