ANCESTRAL LEGACY

Te Waka O Nga Mokopuna Ki Aotearoa is the result of our ancestors foresight and vision to
ensure the future of their descendants and their birthright resources.

The legacy they left for our generation is not only the ancient oral archives encapsulated in our
language and waiata, the understandings naturally inherent in us, but also the tools to ensure
any
deception in regard to our ancestors would be revealed and our inalienable sovereign
birthrights honoured and upheld by any and every just and moral society.

Te Waka O Nga Mokopuna Ki Aotearoa stands OUTSIDE the web of the current
colonial system, never agreed to by the unconquered sovereign indigenous hosts, Maori;
therefore with no legitimate authority in Aotearoa, New Zealand, and still fully accountable to
Tikanga/Immutable Divine Law.

Te Waka O Nga Mokopuna Ki Aotearoa simply holds the Maori people up as totally sovereign in
their indigenous homelands by virtue of the
gifted flag (1832) personalised by the Maori people,
1835 Declaration of Independence,  the 1858 Letter of Request from Queen Victoria, both
documents clearly of
Royal Standard; the mokopuna(s)' Rejection Absolute 9 November 2002, re-
affirmed Declaration of Independence 28 October 2004; and subsequent correspondence with
Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, and the current colonial administration.

Te Waka O Nga Mokopuna Ki Aotearoa re-asserts without prejudice the
Sovereign Authority of
the Confederated Hapus of Tiritiri-O-Te-Moana / Aotearoa (New Zealand) and
Tikanga/Immutable Divine Law as the inviolate law  incumbent on all who live therein.

The Letter KO NGA TURE, compiled, sent to the press and distributed to all Maori whakapapa, at
the request of
Queen Victoria in 1858 is just such a tool.

The questions remain:

1. Can individual Maori mind-shift, regain their personal
sovereignty, (subject to none and
holding no-one subject) no longer victims; claim the taonga saved with love for the purpose;
honour their tupuna past, their mokopuna yet to be born; and plant the necessary seeds in the
present; unity, Truth, integrity, respect; therein
uniting as mokopuna only, one with Tikanga/
Immutable Divine Law, to ensure strong and healthy growth for the generations to come? See
Whanau Hapu or Individuals Register.

This is the chosen pathway of Te Waka O Nga Mokopuna Ki Aotearoa, the Waka embracing
ALL sovereign bloodlines of Tiritiri-o-Te-Moana, Aotearoa, New Zealand and the universe. May
PEACE be the outcome.

2. Can our guests/pakeha, those of non-Maori descent, all those who have experienced the
generosity of the Maori, who were given refuge and safe haven when their own homelands could
not meet that need, who have partaken of the food, resources, beauty of the pristine homeland
preserved by Maori custodial contract with the Divine, lift themselves out of their  repugnant
practices, acknowledge the birthrights of every indigenous people and align themselves with
learning, transcending ego and the material to experience the all-inclusive, living, loving,
integrated Life-respecting practices which are Tikanga/Immutable Divine Law?
