Thank you for your letter dated …………. in which you enclose invoice statements.
Further to my request for validation of the debt, verification of the claim against my sister,
and a copy of the contract:
1. I understand the statements are not validation of the debt.
A true accounting record would show the outlay of the bank and the loss incurred. I
understand my sister’s signature was valued at $5000 and this was the collateral used by the
bank to borrow elsewhere. The bank has therefore made no outlay and suffered no loss.
a) the basic requirement for lawful contract, ‘full disclosure,’ was not met
b) the basic requirement for lawful contract, ‘equal consideration’ was not met.
2. My request for verification of the claim against my sister has also not been met.
I understand the claim is made against J BLOGGS, a government-created corporate entity
disguised to resemble my sister, hence the banks unwillingness to have someone able to bind
the bank, sign the verification of claim. My sister is simply not the entity being billed.
3. My request for a copy of the binding contract has also not been met, nor can it be.
Under the circumstances the estate will not be carrying this debt. Please dispose of it as
appropriate. We look forward to no further contact on this matter.
