SOVEREIGN AUTHORITY: NOTICE OF VIOLATION OF TIKANGA

.............................. is by birthright a Mokopuna on Te Waka O Nga Mokopuna Ki Aotearoa, the Sovereign Authority
of the collective Confederated Hapus of Aotearoa, New Zealand. Refer the Founding Document of this country, the
Declaration of Independence 1835. (See website www.tewakamokopuna.net)

As a mokopuna ....................... is bound by the laws of his heritage and the legitimate laws of this country, the law
incumbent on ALL who presume citizenship here, Tikanga/IMMUTABLE Divine Law, never ceded and never able to
be ceded.

................................. is not bound by any foreign authority or establishment presuming power over him in his

Refer also the Letter of Request 1858 (website www.tewakamokopuna.net), and subsequent communications
regarding the place of the Laws of England in this country.

............................. stood accused of drink driving his private vehicle in his own time. The colonial judicial system
fined .............. $500 with $130 court costs and accorded him a day licence so he could continue to work, afford the
fine, and support himself and his family. This ............... accepted as fair justice for his moment of lapsed judgment,
as demonstrated by his completing the process offered him.

The LTSA however has presumed to override the court decision.

Under the laws of Tikanga, in this instance, mauri, and supportive legislative words ihi, wehi, mana ...........’s basic
human rights of sustainability of life, his vitality, his uniqueness and his rights and authority of free passage have
been violated in the extreme. His Mauri, the divine protection that harmonises all aspects of his being, fragmented.

In addition the LTSA has effectively empowered itself, under the cover of legislative authority to:

a)        remove ...........’s means for paying the fine, therefore warranting itself to invade his home, victimise his
family and steal their goods;                        - HOME INVASION, - THEFT

b)        remove his livelihood and determine for him a lesser livelihood

c)        remove his right, his mana, as a man, to be the provider for his family

d)        remove his licence completely for 4 years thus removing his right of movement further reducing the quality of
life that he and his family have a right to enjoy

e)        prohibit him from his right to ensure he and his family have the best possible means for sustaining
themselves financially and emotionally

g)        compromise his lineage

All of the above measures tear at the very garment of one’s being leaving it shattered and torn, one’s physiology
traumatised, similar to the destruction of the ozone layer and the subsequent impact on the planet it protects, or a
cell membrane compromised, the cell then open to disease.
Acceptance of this violation of Tikanga/ Immutable Divine Law further results in the incestuous cannibalisation of one’
s own whakapapa, the evidence clearly apparent in today’s society where violence, rape, incest, suicide, disease
etc., are rampant. .........’s wellbeing and that of his lineage is dependent on his remaining True, not violating
Tikanga. The tide is turned at this point. ........... being sovereign in his own land/body and country cannot subject
himself to the ‘laws’ of an ignorant regime.

Ignorance, juvenile understanding, or arrogance of mankinds make-up, heritage and divine responsibilities does
not stall or stop the processes of Tikanga/Immutable Divine Law, nor does it warrant or excuse persecution of, or
authority over, those who do comprehend it. The insidious invasion or violation of another whether called cell,
planet, country, or person by any foreign body unacceptable to the entity, unleashes dis-ease by whatever name
one wishes to call it; aids, cancer, pollution, civil unrest, war. The seed will deliver the appropriate fruit regardless of
mankinds beliefs, debates, arguments, governance structures and processes. Ab-use, violation, fear, control etc.,
brings a fruit harvest of its own kind. It can not bring a fruit harvest of peace, harmony or wellbeing for any party.

The practices listed above are in direct violation of Tikanga/Immutable Divine Law, the legitimate, unceded law of
this land, and as such are to cease forthwith. The LTSA and Collections Unit of the Justice Department are hereby
put on notice by the Sovereign Authority of the collective Confederated Hapu(s) of Aotearoa, New Zealand. (Refer

..........accepted the decision of the court as fair and reasonable at the time, and in good faith followed the process
set out by applying for, and paying the costs incurred for a limited licence. The subsequent harassment, threat; loss
of income, mana, passage; damage to his mauri, victimisation of his family etc., far outweigh his moment of lapsed
responsibility, and is NOT ACCEPTABLE under any circumstances.

We direct you to return ............’s licence immediately, with his P endorsement, so he can resume work, cancel all
monies owed in lieu of income deprived (refer also IRD Letter www.tewakamokopuna.net), and trauma endured, and
re-imburse all monies outlaid in costs including those paid his lawyer.

This matter is not for challenge or debate.
